I'm looking for a new hosting provider for my private domain. Any
recommendations for a provider that has

(1) At least 200 MB disk space
(2) At least 5 GB/month transfer
(3) At least 1 mailbox, and ability to forward unlimited (or at least
a very large number) of other @mydomain.org addresses
(4) Doesn't regularly end up on spam blocking lists (my current
provider, host4u.net, is a hotbed of spam activity, and hence
my emails to others often get filtered along with the spam).

Nice extras would be:

(1) SSH access for maintaing my site.
(2) Failing that, FTP access.
(3) IMAP server for all the mailboxes.

Recommendations? I've had pair.com recommended, any thoughts on them?

Was using pair.com but moved to lightningservers.net due to cost. Have been
using them since July 2003 and have no complaints. I have 3 sites hosted
there.

I use pair.com, and recommend them heartily. Their $10/month account
has 200MB, and I've forgotten the bandwidth requirements (I hit 3GB in
the last month and had no problems). And they're a FreeBSD system, full
shell access, SSHable. I get up to 10 mailboxes, all POP3 and IMAP
accessible.
